1/2 pound butter
2 cups flour
2 cups chopped pecans
5 T sugar
2 t vanilla
1 T milk
1/2 t salt


Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add sugar, vanilla and milk. Beat until smooth. Sift four and salt together and stir into mixture. Add pecans and mix thoroughly. Using portions about the size of small walnuts, roll into crescent shaped cookies. Bake in a 325º oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.

Mejht and Willard Eubanks were an elderly couple that came into Paul's and my life in our late 50's.
Mejht was born in Sweden and came to the USA when she was 3 yrs. old. She and Willard met in high school and were married over 60 years until Mejht died.
