4 C scalded milk
6 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Need 2 pie crusts.
Scald 4 cups of milk in microwave, while you are mixing 2 T corn starch in. Slightly beat 6 eggs, add sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla
Last add scalded milk. Put in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then to 350 degrees until the crust is lightly browned and custard is set.
