2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 pkgs graham crackers
1/4 c. or 1/2 c. poppy seed
3 c. milk
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
pinch of salt
2 T. corn starch
2 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak poppy seed 2 hrs.
Crust: ½ c. sugar, ½ c. butter, 2 pkgs graham crackers.
Beat 4 egg yolks well.
Mix 1 c. sugar, pinch salt, 2 T. corn starch, 2 T. flour. Add to egg yolk mixture. Have heating 2 ½ c. milk. Add egg yolk mixture and cook until thick along with poppy seed. Cool. Beat 4 egg whites and ½ c. sugar for meringue top. Bake at 325º for 35 mins.
