1 1/2 c. Sugar
3 T. quick cooking Tapioca
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 lb. Rhubarb (3 c. cut in 1/2" pieces)
1 c. Strawberries sliced
1-9" Pie Shell
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients to coat the fruit. Let stand for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 400º. Fill pie shell with fruit mixture. Dot with T. butter. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
