5 lb. piece of beef (can be cheap cut)

Cover top with liquid smoke and course ground pepper.
Put beef in heavy aluminum foil. Wrap the meat tightly and place in 8"X10" pan. Bake at 225 for 10 hours. The meat will be very tender and juicy. The broth can be used for gravy or beef and noodles. Delicious!
