1 1/2 c. sugar
3 TBSP. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped raw apples (chopped fine - granny smith my favorite)

Directions:
Directions:
mix sugar, & flour together. Add eggs, melted margarine, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in applies. let filling mixture stand & prepare pie shell.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes - reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30 minutes. (Splenda is a good substitute if you want to remove the sugar)
