2lbs Ground Beef, 1 Onion, 1 Green Pepper, 2-15oz cans red kidney beans, 4-15oz cans tomato sauce, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp Chili Powder, 1 tbsp Tabasco, 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper, 1 tsp red pepper, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt

1) Brown ground beef in frying pan

2) Chop up onion and green pepper and sauté in frying pan

3) Drain and rinse kidney beans

4) Combine all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on high for several hours
