1 loaf frozen bread dough
1/4 t. oregano
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. parsley flakes OR Italian seasoning
1/4 t. seasoned salt, optional
3 T. melted margarine
pepperoni
2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw frozen bread dough in refrigerator overnight or on counter for 1 day. Roll out to 9" x 12" rectangle, on well-floured surface.
Melt margarine and mix spices in. Brush lightly over dough, saving some for the top. Arrange on top: sliced pepperoni and grated cheese (1 use 1 c. mozzarella and 1 c. cheddar).
Roll tightly like a jelly roll to look like French bread. Brush margarine on top. Curve slightly on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool 5 - 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
