9 16oz Cans Pork and Beans Undrained
9 16oz Cans Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
9 28 oz Cans diced Tomatoes with liquid
9 28 oz Tomato Sauce
20 # Ground Beef
3 # Onions, finely chopped
7 1/2 C. finely chopped Celery, with leaves
9 large Green Peppers finely chopped
9 Bay leaves
2 T. Salt (or to taste)
5 T. Chili Powder (or more to taste)
1 T. Paprika
1 T. Pepper
1 T. Cumin
1 T. Cayenne Pepper (or to taste)

Brown and drain the Ground Beef. Divide up between pots or roaster. This can be done in the oven also. Mix Spices and divide evenly, divide canned goods and Vegetables evenly among pots. Cook slowly for 2 hours. Remove bay leaves before serving.

I made this recipe several years in a row for our class re-union camp out. As I remember I also added lots of Garlic. A little pork sausage makes a great taste also. Everyone enjoyed it.
