Ingredients:
Ingredients:
15 lb. tomatoes, cut up (about 2- 5qt. ice cream sized pails)
3 onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 large green peppers, chopped
a few hot peppers, chopped (hot banana, jalapeņo, chilies, etc. to taste)
fresh garlic, chopped (to taste)
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. celery salt
2 T. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 T. horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, onions, celery, peppers, and garlic in large stock pot. Bring to a boil, simmer 1/2 to 1 hour. Press through food mill, return to kettle and add remaining ingredients. Bring back to a boil; boil 1/2 hour. Pour into sterile jars, put on lid and ring. Will seal, do not need hot water bath. Makes about 7-8 quarts of juice. Great for bloody mary's, but also excellent for chili and other dishes that use tomato juice or sauce (soups, stews, casseroles, spaghetti). I can it in quarts, pints, and 1/2 pints and use in everything.
