1 lb. seasoned bulk pork
1/4 tsp. sage
2 T. minced onion
6 T. flour
1 qt. milk
2 T. drippings
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage, brown. Add onion, cook until onion is tender. Drain and remove from pan. Stir flour and drippings over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in milk, add seasonings and meat/onion mixture. Cook until thick. Serve over warm baking powder biscuits.
