Directions:
Mix together beef, beans, and taco seasoning. Stuff into uncooked shells and place in bottom of greased 9x13 baking pan. Mix together salsa and water, spread over shells. Bake at 375º for 1 1/2 hours covered tightly with tin foil. Uncover, bake another 15 min or so to dry up some of the water if too juicy. Remove, sprinkle with sliced black olives, chopped green onions, and cover with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese is well melted. Serve with sour cream, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and any other Mexi toppings you choose.
