1 cup corn meal (yellow or white)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup cream style corn
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together corn meal, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Add eggs and mix together. Stir in creamed corn, oil & sour cream. Pour into a greased 8x8" pan.
Bake at 400ºF for 25 - 30 minutes.
