1 cup butter softened (No Substitutes)
1 cup plus 1 tbsp sugar divided
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 pkg rolo's
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven and cookie sheet for 10 minute.

In a mixing bowl cream butter, 1 cup of sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda, add to creamed mixture and beat just until combined. Shape dough by tablespoons around candy. In a small bowl with remaining sugar dip each cookie half way. With sugar side up place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until tops are slightly cracked.

Do not overbake, cookies may not look done but if the top has started to crack they are done.
