1/2 gal vanilla ice cream
2/3 c amaretto
2 T brown sugar

Blend with mixer
Fill parfait glasses and return to freezer.
Top with silvered almonds, whipped cream and cherry.
Can also-top with an almond cookie when ready to serve. .
