4 small peaches
2 tbsp butter
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar or splenda
2 tbsp poppyseeds
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
oil for pan

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peaches into thin wedges. Microwave butter. In a bowl, stir flour with sugar, poppyseeds, baking powder, salt. Make a well in the center.

In another bowl whisk eggs with milk, sour cream, butter and vanilla.

Pour into flour mixture and stir until mixed well.
Use 1/4 cup of batter for one pancake. Put on hot griddle and immediately put some peaches on top.

Cook until bubbles and edges are golden ( 2-3 mins)
