Crust:
1 1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp 'salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
3 cups mini marshmallows

Topping:
2/3 c corn syrup
1/4 c butter or margarine
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz peanut butter chips
2 c crisph.rice cereal
2 c peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients except marshmallows.
Mix until crumbly.
Press into bottom of ungreased 9 X 13" pan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light brown. Immediately sprinkle with marshmallows.
Return to oven for 1 or 2 minutes or until marshmallows just begin to puff.
Let cool.

In large saucepan heat corn syrup, margarine, vanilla and peanut butter chips until smooth.
Stir constantly
Remove from heat
Stir in cereal and nuts
Immediately spoon warm topping over marshmallows and spread to cover.
Chill

Cut into bars.
