1 lb ground beef
24 oz thawed hashbrowns
1 can cream soup
1 c sour cream
8 oz shredded cheddar
1 c chopped onions
1 cans french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook beef until brown, drain and move to bowl. Add remaining ingredients except for french fried onions and put in casserole dish or 9 x 13. Bake for 30 minutes, top with french fried onions and bake 15 minutes more.

I use cream of chicken and sometimes put into 2 foil 8 x 8. Bake both, eat one and freeze the other.
