Sprinkle steaks with all below then put in ziplock bag or glass dish (no metal pans = funky taste):
Cavenders Greek Seasoning (yellow label)
Lawry's Season Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder - lightly
Lemon Pepper

Worcestershire Sauce - splash it on each side then put them in the bag.

Marinate meat for at least one hour and as much and 24 hours. Flip the bag over every few hours. Marinate too long and the acidity of the marinade will begin to change the texture of the meat.
