1 medium onion, thinly sliced
4 T softened butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt
1/3 cup canned green chilies, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 1/2 to 2 lbs scrod
paprika
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in 2 T butter over low heat until onion is wilted, not browned.
Add mayonnaise, yogurt and chilies.
Stir until blended.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Arrange fish fillets on buttered baking sheet.
Brush with remaining 2 T butter and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Bake in 350 oven for 8 minutes or until fish becomes opaque.
Spread with yogurt mixture and continue baking 5 minutes to heat sauce.
Serve sprinkled with paprika and parsley.
