1 egg beaten
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup rye bread crumbs
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
8 oz. sauerkraut, drained
1/2 lb ground beef
12 oz corned beef, flaked
4 oz swiss cheese, grated
1 deep dish pie crust (9 inches), unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Blend together egg, milk, bread crumbs, onions, salt, pepper and mustard.
Add sauerkraut, ground chuck, and corned beef Mix well.
Place half of meat mixture into shel,
Sprinkle with half the cheese.
Cover cheese layer with remaining meat.
Top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
