8 crepes
8 oz. chopped fresh broccoli
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
8 oz water chesnuts
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. diced onion
3 Tbs. flour
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 savory leaves
pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. milk
sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Steam broccoli until tender. Drain, stir in chicken and water chesnuts.
2. Combine butter and onion and saute. Stir in flour, bouillon, and spices. Blend in milk and heat until mixture thickens and bubbles. Reserve 1/2 c. of sauce.
3. Stir remaining sauce into broccoli and chicken. Spread about 1/2 c. filling down the center of each crepe. Pour reserve sauce over arranged crepes in baking dish and sprinkle with almonds. Heat thoroughly and serve.
