2 haddock fillets
salt and pepper
lemon slices

Mushroom Stuffing:
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp parsley
3 T melted butter
1/2 cup sticed mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Haddock:
Place a piece of'aluminum foil large enough to wrap your fish complete in a baking dish.
Place 1 fillet on foil and fill with stuffing.
Place the other fillet on top and garnish with lemon slices.
Wrap with the foil and bake for 40 minutes at 375

Mushroon Stuffing
Mix all ingredients and stuff fish as above.
