2 # filleted halibut, cut into strips "finger size"
Olive oil
2 tsp fresh garlic or garlic powder
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp salt
3 c. fine bread crumbs or Ritz cracker crumbs
2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fillets into 2 x 2 x 4 inch strips. Marinate refrigerated overnight in olive oil and garlic. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan and seasonings together. Roll halibut strips in mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet or 9 x 13. Bake at 475º for about 10 minutes or until done and lightly browned
