12 slices of day-old bread [trim crust & cube]
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 2/3 c. milk
4 to 6 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread and cheese in a greased 8x11-inch glass pan.
Beat together milk, eggs, salt, dry mustard, & paprika.
Pour the beaten egg mixture over bread and cheese.
Dribble melted butter on top.

Cover and store in refrigerator for 12 hours.

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350º.
