1/2 cup & 1 T cold broth - beef or chicken
1 cup flour
1 more quart of broth - boiling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix broth and flour. If the consistency isn't sticky, add another T broth.
Roll dough out on floured board.
Use plenty of flour so it won't stick to rolling pin.
Roll dough out as thinly as possible then cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
Bring quart of broth to rolling boil, and stir when dropping the grand peres into broth, so they won't stick together while cooking.
After dropping all grand peres into broth, remove pot from stove and allow
5 grand peres to sleep for 5 minutes.
