1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran or plain box of bran cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. All-Purpose flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 Qt. buttermilk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Place it in a nice BIG bowl and put in the fridge. Take out what you need and put into muffin tins. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.

These will keep for 6 to 8 weeks in the fridge. They are yummy! Even Grant and Colby eat them happily! It is a great, quick breakfast on the run to school and work.
