1 stalk of Asparagas (dime or nickel circumference)
1/4c Bernaise Sauce
Lump Crab meat
Hash browns or toast in the shape of the meat.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the steak to desired doneness. Medium Rare plus a minute is my favorite.

Arrange meat on a base of hash browns or thick toast on the center of a plate.

Top with a stalk of steamed asparagas that is cut in half lengthwise and in half across to make two tips and two bases. Arrange them like a pound sign ( # ) over the steak.

Mound with crab meat and cover with the bernaise.

Oscar style can be applied to chicken too! My favorite is to bake a whole tendeloin, slice it into steaks and top as above.
