3 cups ,thinly sliced zucchini, unpared
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup parmesan,cheese
2 T parsley
1/2 tsp:salt
1/2 tsp garlic or seasoned salt
4 eggs
dash oregano
dash pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 3500.
Grease 11 X 9 X 2 pan.
Beat eggs.
Mix all ingredients.
Bake 25 - 25 minutes until brown.
Cut into 2 inch squares.
