2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter

3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper

1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3 (5 oz.) cans tuna, drained
3 Tbsp. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. fresh snipped parsley

8 slices toast, cut on the diagonal

Cook onion in butter until tender. Add the flour, salt, and pepper and whisk until blended and hot. Add the milk all at once, and cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in the sour cream, and then add the rest of the ingredients except for the toast. Serve over the toast points (4 toast points per person.) Serve with peas and a salad.
