1 jar Classico Four Cheese Spaghetti Sauce
1 red pepper, cut into chunks
1 (14oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot on the stove, begin to heat the Classico sauce. In a blender, place the red pepper and the tomatoes, and process until smooth. Add the blender contents to the sauce in the pan and heat just until warm. Serve over Omega-3 pasta such as thin spaghetti or penne. Top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
