24 vanilla wafers
2 24 cupcake liners
pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Place cupcake liners in cupcake pan. Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Fill each liner 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min. or until filling is set. Chill for 1 hour. Top with cherry pie filling(or other flavor). Chill again if needed.

Definitely not gourmet...but delicious nonetheless! My most vivid memory of these little darlings was for my 21st birthday Mommy made these for me! She put them in the shape of a "21"...she's so creative! I loved it!
