8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 c powdered sugar
3 1/2 c milk
2 pkg.(3 1/2 oz. each)instant vanilla pudding
12 oz container cool whip
20 oz. pkg. oreo cookie
10 in. planter
garden trowel
gummy worms
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Then combine in another bowl ingredients 4 through 6. After blended add to first bowl and blend with a beater. Chop the oreos in the blender until it looks like potting soil. In bottom of planter layer 1/3 of oreos, 1/3 of filling, repeat ending with the oreos. Decorate with gummy worms and serve with the trowel.

Not sure exactly where I got this recipe...but, my first memory of making it was for a college friend's birthday...a bunch of us were sitting around the table "digging" into the cake when he arrived for his surprise birthday party. It's made the scene of several parties since then!
