1 pkg. refrigerated pizza crust
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
8 oz. Cojack cheese, grated and divided
2 c. cooked chicken breast, diced
1/2 c. mild green taco sauce
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 c. grape tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c. loosely packed fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 425º. Lightly brush cookie sheet with vegetable oil. Unroll dough and gently stretch and press dough to cover bottom of cookie sheet. Bake 12 - 14 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine onion, jalapeño, 1/2 of cheese, chicken, taco sauce and garlic; mix well.
When crust is done, sprinkle remaining cheese over crust; top with chicken mixture. Bake 6 - 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Remove pan from oven to cooling rack.
Sprinkle tomatoes and cilantro over pizza. Cut pizza into 12 rectangles.
