(2 Pounds) bottom round roast, cut into 1-inch slices
1 cup beef stock
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 large sweet onion, quartered
1 tablespoon grape jelly
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 sprig fresh thyme
4 French rolls, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients, except rolls, into the pressure cooker, secure lid
2. Set pressure cooker to Meat and timer to 50 minutes.
3. When cooking is complete, remove the thyme sprig
4. Divide the meat slices between the French Rolls.
5. Serve with a dish of the meat juice from the pressure cooker as a dipping sauce.
