1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 Medium Onion, Diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 Pound smoked sausage, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon marjoram
2 Cups Long grain rice, rinsed
2 cups beef stock

Directions:
Directions:
1. Set the pressure cooker to Rice.
2. Pour the oil into the pressure cooker and let it preheat with the lid off
3. Add the onions to the pressure cooker and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Add the red peppers and garlic to the pressure cooker, stir.
5. Add the tomato paste to the pressure cooker and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Add remaining ingredients to the pressure cooker, secure lid.
7. Set pressure cooker to Rice and timer to 6 minutes.
8. When cooking is complete, stir and serve immediately.
