Hot pepper flakes (we prefer Durkee's Six Pepper Blend)
Cider vinegar
Molasses

This is a "dump" recipe. There are no amounts, just start adding ingredients.
Slice pork loin into long think strips. In a zip-lock bag, marinate the pork with the above mixture for at least an hour. Thread onto skewers. (If you use wood skewers, make sure that you soak them in water while the meat is marinating.) Grill.
