1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/16 tsp curry powder
6 cups milk, warmed
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
16 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 3/4 cup frosted flakes
2-1/2 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. For sauce: melt butter in large saucepan.
3. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
4. Add salt, pepper, mustard, and curry. Cook on very low heat for 5 minutes.
5. Add milk while stirring with whisk.
6. Bring to a boil. Decrease heat to low and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Remove from heat. Add Worcestershire. Stir in cheese a 1/4 a cup at a time until all cheese is melted.
8. Add cooked macaroni to the sauce.
9. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 dish. Bake uncovered @350 degrees for 20 minutes.
10. Combine frosted flakes and butter and then sprinkle on top of macaroni. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
