1 (20oz) bottle ketchup
1/3 firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup water
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp freshly grated lemon peel
4 cloves garlic smashed
3/4 tsp ground ginger
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all BBQ Sauce ingredients together and bring to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat, partially cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Let cool.
