heavy whipping cream
2 tsp salt

1. Fill a mason jar half full (or less) with heavy whipping cream (This is important as it doubles in size!)
2.Gently shake it...for a long 15 mins!
3.Add some 'salt to taste', and shake it some more, and voila! Let sit in fridge overnight, and it tastes just like store bought butter
