1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple slices
maraschino cherries
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and brown sugar together. Cook until caramelly. Place pineapple rings around pan. Put cherry in middle of each ring. Mix cake batter. Pour over topping. Bake at 350º for 35 min. Leave in pan 10 min. then flip.
