8 oz. skirt or flank steak

1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup diced roma tomatoes
1/4 cup corn
1 Tbsp. diced red onions
1 tsp. diced jalapenos
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
cilantro
pinch of sea salt

Season steak with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp. chili powder. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil over medium heat in a grill pan. Cook steak to desired doneness, transfer to a cutting board, then slice into long slender strips about 1/4" thick. For salad, combine tomatoes, corn, onions, jalapenos, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp. chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Drape steak over salad. Garnish with cilantro and a pinch of sea salt.
