6 large chicken breasts, boned
6 slices bacon
1 package dried beef, finely shredded
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 cup dairy sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Wrap boned chicken breasts in bacon slices, securing with skewers. Place on shredded beef in baking dish. Combine soup, mushrooms, and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325º for 90 min. or until tender.
