One loaf of French bread,
One cube of butter,
Four cloves of garlic
Directions:
Directions:
Slice loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.
Melt butter, press and saute garlic. (Adjust amount of garlic to taste.)

Brush garlic butter onto bread.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.

Broil, watching constantly until cheese melts and tops are slightly brown.
