1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
36 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, peanut butter and vanilla in a medium bowl. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Roll in small balls, about the size of walnuts. Place each in miniature muffin tins. With finger, make a depression in each cookie. Bake for 9 minutes. Remove from oven, immediately place one Reese's peanut butter cup in each cookie, pushing down till the top is level with cookie's surface. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Twist gently to remove from pan. Cool on rack.
