2 beaten eggs
1/2 c milk
1/4 t salt
6 slices stale bread, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
With beater blend eggs, milk and salt. Heat frying pan or griddle moderately hot. Grease with butter or bacon fat. Pick up bread on fork and dip both sides into egg mixture. Put on pan or griddle. Brown both sides. Serve with hot syrup or jelly.
