2 cans yams
4 tbs. honey
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbs. butter
1 pkg small marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yams until light, add honey, cinnamon and butter. Place half of yams in a baking dish. Dot with half the marshmallows. Beat nuts into remaining yams; spread over marshmallows. Dot with remaining marshmallows. Cover and bake at 350 to 375º for 10 min. Remove cover; brown. Serve piping hot.
