1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. cheddar or other cheese
Salt and pepper

Spray small ramekins with Pam. Into each one, crack an egg. If scrambling, add milk and stir with a fork before adding cheese. If "frying," omit milk and gently pierce the egg yolk with a toothpick so as to not break it. Sprinkle with cheese after microwaving.

Microwave one minute.
