3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. soda
1 packet mince meat, broken into small pieces
4 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs. Add soda and flour until stiff. Stir in mince meat. Roll thin and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 425º for 7 to 10 minutes.
