Ingredients:  
2 C buttermilk, 2/3 C sugar, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 egg whites, 2 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir buttermilk, sugar, pineapple and vanilla together. Put in freezing container and let freeze till mushy. Beat egg whites stiff then add 2 T sugar, Stir in frozen mixture and return to freezing tray. Stir once after it starts to freeze.
